You can ask us to delete your data at any time and without giving reasons. This page explains the three ways to do it, what gets deleted in each case and how long it takes.
1. From your account (the fastest)
If you have access to the platform, go to Settings → Profile and use the delete account option. The deletion is processed immediately and you receive a confirmation by email.
2. By writing to us
Send an email to [email protected] from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my data”. You don’t need to explain why. If you write from another address we’ll ask for something that confirms the account is yours, so we don’t delete someone else’s data by mistake.
We reply within a maximum of 30 days, and usually in under 72 hours.
3. From Facebook or Instagram
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account, you can revoke access from Settings → Apps and websites in your Meta account. When you do, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the data associated with that connection without you having to do anything else.
4. What gets deleted
- Your user account and your access credentials.
- The contacts and conversations stored in your CRM.
- The tokens and credentials of any accounts you connected (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email).
- The files you uploaded (images, documents, voice notes).
- The configuration of your AI agents and their knowledge bases.
5. What we keep, and why
There is information the law requires us to keep even if you delete your account, and which we retain only for that reason:
- Invoices and payment records, for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
- Minimal audit records (the date of the deletion and of the operations carried out), needed to evidence that the deletion was done correctly.
These records are not used for any other purpose, are not shared with third parties for commercial purposes and are deleted once the legal periods expire.
6. Backups
Your data may remain in our encrypted backups for up to 30 days after deletion, due to the normal backup rotation cycle. After that period it disappears from there too. During that time it is not used or consulted: it would only exist for a restore in the event of a serious failure.
7. Your contacts’ data
The data of the people who message you is yours: we only process it on your behalf. When you delete your account, it is deleted too. If one of your contacts wants their data deleted, they must ask you as the party responsible for that information; we can help you do it if you ask us.
